Sean graduated in Construction Management in South Africa in 1996. Since then he has built a 30 year career as a General Contractor in South Africa, Mozambique, Seychelles, UK, Mauritius and eventually joined ALEC in the UAE in 2008 where he has been for the last 15 years.

After delivering some of ALEC’s largest and most complex projects Sean took on the role of Operations Director for ALEC, oversees the delivery of projects for ALEC and plays a significant role in the design and implementation of business strategy for the organization.
